Order Processing
In-stock, non-custom items are typically prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Personalized or custom-made products require an additional 3–5 business days for production before they are shipped.

Estimated Delivery
After shipment, estimated delivery usually takes 7–15 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier conditions, customs processing, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.
Processing and production times are not included in the estimated delivery time.

Free Standard Shipping
Free standard shipping is available for eligible destinations shown at checkout when the order subtotal after discounts is $44.99 USD or more. This means an order totaling $49.99 USD before the WELCOME10 discount remains eligible for free standard shipping.
The final shipping method and charge are displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.
